Decking the Halls

I've finally finished the decorating and thought I would first show this little cabinet in our entry hall. It was easy to fix up with some greenery, berries, and  vintage candles.

My husband made the little Noah's Ark toy.
Poor little tree melted a bit :)
I made those little houses a year or two ago from an online class offered by Lisa Pace. Lots of fun!

More of my cross stitching. I can't remember the company, but they've come out with a new Santa every year since forever. I haven't done one in a while, so I need to get caught up!

I'll be back later to show our kitchen/ family room.

You have the perfect shelves for decorating! I love having a place that can be changed up for the seasons! The cross stitch is very special...I've done it years ago and know how much work it is. Today I went to a thrift store and found a little tiny stocking that was cross stitched and I bought it! I guess one of my tiny dolls will get to hold it! ♥

Cindy, you are far ahead of me! It has been such a busy time around here that my decorating is coming in very infrequent "short bursts.":-) I'm hoping to have it done tomorrow! Company comes on Friday morning!

Your decor is very charming. I had my house like that a long time ago.... I've fallen into the "Paint it white" scheme now lol I used to add bits and bobs to everything at Christmas too--- but now, I'm just to old for all that lol (I'm 47) I wonder how I'll be at 50? 60? lol I barely had enough umph to put up my tree LOL....
big hugs,
Cheryl

Oh I love it all and I can't believe your husband made that ark. He is as talented as you I see. The little tree is cute all bent like a Dr. Suess tree.
