Halloween Treats

Last night we went over to Andrew and Alison's to see Tad in his costume. Andrew and Tad were going to be the Blues Brothers (!), but Andrew realized he had an evening test. So Alison and Tad were dressed as Willie Wonka and her Umpa Lumpa.

The pumpkin bear was a gift from us.
Tad was in such a good mood and we had fun handing out candy with him. We don't get any trick or treaters out in the country, so this was a treat for us!

I made treats for friends and family. I had never done the dipped pretzels before. They were so easy and fun to make.

I made a little felt bag for Tad with a book and bear.

I hope everyone had a great Halloween. I can't believe we are in November now. Switching over to Christmas crafts!

What an adorable pair!
Your dipped pretzels look yummy! Cute was to package them too!
We are starting to get rain... a prelude to the snow that is in the forecast.
Yes.. Christmas is on it's way. Getting closer, day by day :)

Happy November, Cindy!
It appears that Halloween was lots of fun! We have no trick-or-treaters here, and we had to be satisfied with pictures of our grandchildren, who live two hours away.
This season is my favorite - Thanksgiving preparations as the family gathers here - are first. I've been hiding away Christmas presents for several months.
Take care!

What a cutie! I bet you had a great evening! Nothing better then the sweet little angels we are blessed with. I had 4 of our grand-peeps over Halloween night!
